KATHARINE ROSS – 80 YEARS OLD
Katharine Ross just recently turned 80 at the start of the year but her role as Elaine Robinson in the 1967 film The Graduate is still fresh in the minds of her fans. She also played Etta Place in the 1969 western movie Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid, where she brought home the BAFTA Award for Best Actress. Ross also grabbed the Golden Globe Award for her part in the 1976 drama film Voyage of the Damned.
In 2016, she participated in the animated comedy series “American Dad! ” dubbing a role. We last saw her alongside Sam Elliot in the comedy-drama film The Hero back in 2017, whom she married after four failed relationships that ended up inside a lawyer’s office for a divorce. Now Ross has become a writer and has published many children’s books, which are widely loved.
