JON HAMM AND JENNIFER WESTFELDT – 18 YEARS

The 18-years relationship of Jon Hamm and Jennifer Westfeldt is said to be one-of-a-kind and inspiring. It is like a hot coffee; its bittersweet taste is satisfying while it lasts yet leaves a taste afterward. Although they did not get married or had a kid together, the couple was partners in every way possible.
