SUSAN DEY – 68 YEARS OLD

The model and actress Susan Dey was one of the top celebrities in the entertainment scene during the 70s. She is well remembered for her role in The Partridge Family as Laurie Partridge, a hit sitcom that aired from 1970 until 1974. Dey also appeared in the legal series L.A. Law where she played the role of the Deputy District Attorney Grace Van Owen, where she earned a Golden Globe for Best Actress in a Drama Series Award.

She could easily be one of the brightest stars if she only stayed in Hollywood for a few more years. However, she retired early in 2004 and pretty much lived a normal life. She is a member of the board of directors of the Rape Treatment Center of the University of California, Los Angeles Medical Center, and co-starred with former Los Angeles legal co-star Corbin Bernsen about a documentary about campus rape, in the Partridge Family.
