BETTY LYNN – 94 YEARS OLD

The retired actress, Betty Lynn became a household name during the 60s for her part on the hit sitcom The Andy Griffith Show. She also showed flashes of her potential during the late 40s and 50s where she appeared in many films during that era including Sitting Pretty, June Bride, and the classic Cheaper by the Dozen.

Although her career was shorter compared to the rest of her peers, she managed to get the most out of it and she even got her family a real estate investment through her earnings. In 1950, Lynn bought a house in Los Angeles when her mother and grandparents moved in. Therefore, she played the role of breadwinner and caretaker off-screen. As of July last year, the former actress resides in an assisted-living facility in North Carolina. On the third Friday of every month, she will appear personally in the town and talk to fans.
