We bet there is no one here on this planet that does not know Kate Hudson. She is a popular actress, fashion designer, and now, an author. Her exceptional acting skills were always a magnet for different accolades. In recent years, however, Kate has been exploring other creative means.  The talented actress now has a fitness brand to boast, and with the money from her business ventures, she sure can invest in a quality home.

Kate bought this Pacific Palisades mansion with Matt Bellamy back in 2011 for the sum of $5.3 million. The couple eventually parted ways in 2014, leaving the property to her. The home itself is magnificent—a Tudor mansion, which is architecturally unique given its location. It’s got Kate’s signature casual bohemian flair to it as well; a mix of classic and shabby chic that imbues the residence with warmth and coziness. It’s got a lovely garden and is nestled between lush greenery, providing both privacy and relaxing views. We love it, but if we had financial advisors, they would say: it’s way out of our budget.
