He might have gained greater recognition through The Young and The Restless, a show he’s been in since the 1980s, but Eric has been acting in various TV shows years prior to landing the spot. Needless to say, he’s managed to save up enough to purchase this gorgeous property up in the more mountainous area of LA. The state has views unlike any other and owning a property on the mountainside is a luxury that even more prominent figures can’t have because of the scarcity of available properties.

Much like other homes in the area, it was once in danger of burning down during the 2018 Simi Valley fire—forcing the actor to evacuate. Through some stroke of luck, however, his property was left untouched. Nevertheless, we are sure he’s glad he has home insurance for his estate! The house does feature a number of protective measures set in place such as a firewall in some parts, however, an upgrade would probably put the house in a safer place in the future.
