Venus Williams put her Los Angeles home on the market for $1.8 million, located in the heart of Nichols Canyon. The house has many things to boast of, like having three beds and two baths, sitting on a half-acre land. However, it looks like the tennis superstar, who is the older sister of another tennis icon, Serena Williams, will not earn any significant gains from selling the home as the price tag she is selling it for is lower than what she originally paid.

Williams bought the house for $1.9 million in 2005 and had it renovated, even adding more investments to make it the place that she wanted. She added a new deck, floors, a fireplace, and hardware to be the luxurious home with a mid-century modern style that it is today. Hence, it is undoubtedly worth every penny of its new owner with its latest additions, features, and amenities.
