This one’s on the market if you have $1.60 million on hand! It was in 2014 when the home underwent some major renovations, but Nancy Grace had been living in it for the past 18 years. There’s a coziness to the 5-bedroom home, despite its size. It was first purchased in 1996 for $407,500 but that was before the hostess’s husband went about remodeling the original structure—almost nothing of which is left.

They had to make enough room for the family, after all, including a playroom and a treehouse for the twins! We are sure there’s ample home security for this nest as well. Modern home security technology and protocols have been implemented into the residence and it can be seen that the former hostess values the safety of living in her house. It is yet to be confirmed if she ever plans on putting her house back on the market.
