With a net worth of over $3 billion, Oprah Winfrey can purchase just about anything her heart desires and she’ll still have enough cash and kindness to help others out. At this point, everyone knows the world-renowned media personality, but not a lot of people know about her roots. She actually grew up underprivileged, and her adolescent period was a struggle, but Oprah never failed to see the silver lining in every situation. Fast forward to a few decades later, the beloved talk show host has been given credit as the “Queen of All Media” and is now thriving under a multi-million net worth.

Oprah has always been interested in real estate, with her biggest one valued at $50 million. The mansion is in California, situated on a 23,000-square-foot property. Since purchasing it, the hostess has done numerous renovations and raised its value to $90 million. The amount might have gone down, though, given that the property did suffer some damages during the California flash flood of 2018. This just shows that while real estate properties make for great investments, there’s always a risk factor involved.
