After two years since posting her Sunset Strip Villa, actress-best-selling-singer Demi Lovato has finally sold the property to a real estate scion for $8.25 million. She has chosen to move from Hollywood’s frantic energy to a more family-friendly area in Studio City, Los Angeles. The Disney Channel star has paid $7 million for the large estate, according to property records. Demi has also been making real estate investments for many years now.

The large mansion has a modern trendy farmhouse style with amenities that one would expect for a luxurious estate. It has a kitchen equipped with top-of-the-line kitchenware and appliances.
