BELLA HADID – $6.1 MILLION, NEW YORK

Having the same profession as her younger sister—Gigi Hadid—Bella Hadid started modeling at the young age of 2 when she was discovered by the co-founder of the popular clothing brand Guess. However, she gained prominence in 2014 after she signed with IMG Models and debuted at the New York Fashion Week, representing the Spanish clothing brand Desigual. From there, the rest is history. Besides having a privileged background, Bella’s earnings from her profession have increased her fortune and allowed her to make investments.

Bella purchased a Manhattan penthouse for $6.1 million. It features an industrial-chic design with high ceilings throughout the area and an alfresco dining area for guests. There are also outdoor speakers ideally situated on a roof deck. The penthouse has two beds and baths, complete with HVAC, an entertainment system, imported glass-fronted closets, and a custom wine cellar.
