KAREN MCDOUGAL

Karen McDougal was born in Gary, Indiana, USA. She is a descendant of Indians and Irish. She grew up in Sawyer, Michigan. McDougal is the eldest daughter in the family. She has three older brothers and one younger sister. When she was 9 years old, her mother remarried, and she lived with her mother. When she was young, she was a tomboy, loved ballet, tap dancing, and participated in the Girl Scout.

Karen McDougal first practiced her Elementary Education degree by making a living as a preschool teacher before she caught wind of the public spotlight. Her victory at a local swimwear contest encouraged her to stop being a teacher and start her career in the public eye, eventually taking credit for the 1998 title of “Playmate of the Year”. McDougal has since retired from her time as a Playmate to focus on fitness modelling as she graced the pages of several fitness publications like Muscle & Fitness and Iron Man, claiming that she goes to the gym five or six days per week.
