KERI RUSSELL

Keri Lynn Russell was born on March 23, 1976 in Fountain Valley, California. Kelly Russell’s father, David Russell, is a director of Nissan Motor Company, and her mother, Stephanie, is a housewife. She has brother Todd and sister Julie. Because of her father’s work, their family lived in Copple, Texas; Mesa, Arizona and the highland ranch in Colorado. When she was only 15 years old, California local Keri Russell was cast on the kid-friendly variety show Mickey Mouse Club, launching her career in Hollywood.

She caught the eye of viewers everywhere when she earned her first film credit through the funny sci-fi flick Honey, I Blew Up the Kid where she played babysitter Mandy. At the moment, Russell stars alongside her real-life partner Matthew Rhys on the thriller series The Americans as undercover Soviet KGB agents Elizabeth and Philip Jennings respectively. She has also earned more acting credits through her performances in movies like Waitress and Dawn of the Planet of the Apes.
