KIRK CAMERON – EVANGELIST
Kirk Cameron is one of the most famous personalities during the ‘80s until the ‘90s. He mostly gained his fame with his role as Mike Seaver in the hit sitcom Growing Pains. He was nominated for two Golden Globe Awards for the role. Cameron started out as a child actor in films such as Like Father Like Son and Listen to Me. Before he left mainstream film and television, Cameron did a slew of Christian-themed films like Left Behind: The Movie and two other Left Behind films where he played the role of Cameron Williams. After his time investment in acting, he left the mainstream scene and focused more on his religious growth.
At the later part of his religious journey, he paired up with Ray Comfort and founded an evangelical ministry, The Way of the Master. He also worked together with his wife and established The Firefly Foundation. He can still be seen in several movie projects, and it looks like he won’t be needing any bankruptcy lawyers anytime soon.
