TARAN NOAH SMITH – RESTAURATEUR AND SUBMARINE INSTRUCTOR
Taran Noah Smith is a former child actor that rose to prominence thanks to his role as Marcus “Mark” Taylor in one of the longest-running sitcom of the 90s called Home Improvement. His performance in the sitcom undoubtedly opened the door to Hollywood and he could have continued to play more and better roles. It was puzzling that he seemed to have other plans for his life.
After the show ended, Taran knew that he didn’t want to be in the acting scene anymore and decided to quit from the industry. He, together with his wife, established a business venture and made a smart investment in manufacturing cheese and establishing their own restaurant. In his free time, he volunteered for disaster relief in Communitere in the Philippines. He also teaches people how to pilot a submarine!
