GARY WAYNE COLEMAN – SECURITY GUARD

For those who enjoyed watching classic sitcoms during the 70s and 80s, we are sure they can instantly recognize the actor that played the role of Arnold Jackson in the popular sitcom Diff’rent Strokes. He has all the traits for becoming a very successful actor in Hollywood. In fact, VH1 named Coleman as the number 1 in their list of “100 Greatest Child Stars.”

However, things didn’t go according to his plan. Though he had a very successful acting career, he experienced a financial meltdown during the later part of the 80s. Coleman filed for bankruptcy right before he sued his business advisor for the misappropriation of his assets. It seemed to make no sense as he finally broke. He really ruined the fruits of his hard work. We later learned that he went on and worked as a security guard.
