CARY GRANT – BUSINESSMAN

Cary Grant is considered to be the ultimate leading man during the Classic Hollywood era. He pretty much revolutionized the film industry and dominated the scenes during the 1930s until the 1950s. Grant originally appeared in crime movies or TV series, including Blonde Venus and She Done Him Wrong. However, he decided to change and challenge more styles. He took his try in romantic and screwball comedies and received huge success.

A decade later, he decided to step back from the limelight and focused more on investments rather than acting. Midway through the 1960s, he took the initiative and became the face of a cosmetic firm. He made his way through the ranks and became a member of the board of Metro-Goldwyn -Mayer Studios. That pretty much sums up his career shifts to achieve more financial flexibility for himself and his family.
