PHOEBE CATES – BUSINESSWOMAN

Phoebe Cates is an actress and model who reached worldwide-level fame thanks to the films she starred in during the 80s and early 90s. However, few people know that she was a ballet dancer before. Due to her severe knee injury, she had to give up the career of ballet. Fortunately, she is also very talented in acting. Her most notable projects were Fast Times at Ridgemont High and the comedy horror film The Gremlins.

Anyway, she decided to retire from acting temporarily and to spend more time with her family. During these years, she has lived a very fulfilling and happy life with her partner and two kids. After a few years living outside the limelight, she signed a contract together with her lawyers for one film called The Anniversary Party. During her absence in the silver screen, she put up investment and opened her own boutique called Blue Tree, located in New York.
